Quay Rocks, Seaview
Our family bought Quay Rocks in 1972 and it has been our secret escape ever since. From crabbing, digging dams at low tide, making giant sandcastles to flood and to watch being swamped by the incoming tide, to throwing pebbles into rock pools and having bbqs at sunset, three generations have enjoyed ‘bucket and spade’ holidays here and continue to do so. We hope you love it as much as we do!

We welcome dogs to stay. You'll find water/food bowls and some poo bags for your use but please keep to the living room and kitchen and do not allow dogs onto the beds or furniture
There is nothing worse than having to fill the car with all those bulky childrens' items that you cant do without! We provide a travel cot, high chair and also a pushchair so you can pack and travel more freely. There are also plastic bowls, cutlery and beakers - so no need to bring those either!
We have a great selection of games for you to enjoy - Chess, Backgammon, Scrabble, Cribbage and Mancala to name a few. Lots of books too - fiction and non-fiction including books on the area, the island and the seashore.
The Smart TV connects to all the subscription services so you can snuggle down on rainy days for a Netflix binge or catch up on the iPlayer.

The underside of the balcony has had its boards removed ready for repairs to the steel work commencing October 2025. During this time we will not be taking any bookings.

The kitchen is due to be replaced in November 2025 to include a dining area and underfloor heating.

The bathroom is due for a remodel in Spring 2026
